Battlefield born in Manassas, VA, Blackburn Tactical manufactures, sells, and services firearms. We ship nationwide and are conveniently located within 5 minutes from I-66 in Manassas, VA. We are a one-stop shop for NFA purchases (in-house, digital EFT file creation (no ink involved) & form 4 submission for all NFA purchases made directly from Blackburn Tactical).

For website purchases, we accept all major credit cards, Sezzle, & Credova. For in-house services or transfer fees, we accept cash (exact amount), Venmo, Zelle, and all major credit cards. All service & transfer fees are non-refundable.

All physical location hours and services are by appointment only & there are no restrooms available for public use. All gunsmithing and PMCS services require pre-payment upon firearm drop-off. There are no transfer or shipping fees for firearms purchased from and shipped to Blackburn Tactical (Local Pickup) for transfer.

$25 - Military/Veteran/LEO/First Responders - Includes firearm transfer & background check

$15 - Educators (license number must be provided--Virginia Department of Education active and in good standing--no inactive, pending, or on-hold) - Includes firearm transfer & background check

$10 - Each additional firearm on the same transfer

$25 - Lost/Stolen firearm verification check

$205 - Required ATF tax stamp fee (per serialized NFA item)

$55 - Digital ATF Form 4 submission only (customer-provided EFT)

$65 - EFT file creation only (delivered digitally-100% ATF/FBI compliance & no ink involved)

$100 - EFT file creation & Digital ATF Form 4 submission ($20 discount when purchased together)

$10 - Printed FD-258 (ATF ORI 'Originating Agency' - not required if EFT used for Form 4 submission)

$50 - Silencer Ultrasonic Cleaning

$60 - Pistol PMCS - please remove optics/accessories prior to drop-off - Includes strip (disassembly), ultrasonic cleaning (all parts up to 14" in length), & lubrication - Wood & components with sticker grips will not be ultrasonic cleaned

$75 - Rifle/Shotgun PMCS - please remove optics/accessories prior to drop-off - Includes strip (disassembly), ultrasonic cleaning (all parts up to 14" in length), & lubrication - Wood & components with sticker grips will not be ultrasonic cleaned
